Delivery
Delivery times are stated on the product page and can vary between 5 and 15 business days.
We use all major carriers, so you can get your order in the shortest time possible. We use DPD, DHL and Royal Mail for most of our deliveries.
We will send you the tracking number for your delivery once the shipment has left our facility. This is 24-48 hours before the estimated delivery date.
If on the delivery of the product, you discover that there is a damage/fault, you shall contact us immediately notifying us of such damage or fault. It is your responsibility to provide us with evidence to show the damage/fault was not due to your mistake and such damage/fault happened either prior to or on delivery. You have two (2) days to report any incident or damage/fault by briefly explaining the damage as well as including any photos. All evidence should be sent to help@powerlaptop.co.uk.
Return
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at returns@powerlaptop.co.uk and we’ll take you through the process. You can also start a return from your Customer Account. You can read more about our Refund Policy here.
You must notify us of your intention to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. Once you've informed us that you wish to return your item, you have 14 days to return it. Please read our Refund Policy here.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
· Product is defective
· Product is not as described
· Product must be unopened
· Product must be in original packaging
· Product must be unused
· Product must not be damaged (except where the product was already damaged on delivery)
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
You will be liable for any cost of returning the item(s) to us (except where the product is defective, the product is not as described, or the product was damaged on delivery). Only the original purchase price of the product/item will be refunded, any outbound delivery charges will not be refunded. In the eventuality of a refund, we will process such a refund to the original payment method used in making the purchase. Kindly give 21 days for the payment to reflect in your bank account.
Warranty
Yes, all our products are covered by manufacturer warranty.
Our products come with 1, 2 or 3 years warranty. This is stated on the product page on our website.
If you’re facing a problem with your computer and it’s still under warranty, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly, they will be able to offer assistance more quickly. If you want us to take care of any repairs, you can open a warranty claim from your Customer Account or you can email us at help@powerlaptop.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.
