Prices
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on this Website. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable. Prices can change and we endeavour to keep our prices updates at all times.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms and conditions, any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you.
Cooling Off
If you change your mind after making a payment on account you may request a refund by contacting us within fourteen (14) days of the transaction. Refunds can only be made to the credit/ debit card used to make the original purchase.
Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will contact you to confirm that you are happy to proceed with the order and agree to wait for the original product(s) or would like to select an alternative product.
Supply of Goods
The products sold by us through our Website are manufactured and shipped from a range of different facilities based in the United Kingdom and internationally.
Contract
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until payment for your goods is authorised by your bank or credit card issuer. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that payment for the goods is authorised (and not before) a contract will be made between you and us ("Contract"). Authority for payment must be given at the time of the order. Payment for your order will be taken once stock availability has been confirmed. If for any reason the goods cannot be supplied then payment will be refunded in full within 30 days from cancellation of the sale in compliance with distance selling legislation.
Shipping and Delivery
Once an order has been made by a buyer, we will then package the item and deliver the order to the delivery address provided by the buyer. Where a buyer is expected to provide a delivery address, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a valid address. We will not be liable for any delivery made to the wrong address due to the negligence or omission of a buyer.
Buyers understand the delivery date provided are estimated dates and delivery could take longer depending on the delivery company. There may be unexpected and unavoidable delays in delivering the order such as strikes, floods, fires, acts of God and delays caused by the delivery company. The buyer promises to hold Powerlaptop UK Limited harmless for any such delay. In the event of such delay, we urge the buyer to permit a few more days to receive the delivery.
The costs relating to delivery are added to the basket upon checkout. A buyer will be shown a total to include the price of the product/item as well as the delivery charges. This total is charged to the payment method used to make the purchase. This information will be displayed in the order confirmation email sent to the buyer.
Risk and Title
The Products will be at your risk on completion of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including any delivery charges.
Withdrawal and cancellation
This is a distance contract (as defined below) that has the cancellation rights (Cancellation Rights) set out below. Subject as stated in these Terms and Conditions, you can cancel this contract within 14 days and obtain a complete refund, provided that the Products have not been utilised in any manner, are in the same good condition in which they have been purchased by the Customer and are returned to Powerlaptop UK Limited. In such a situation, the Buyer shall be liable for the expenses of returning the product and shall indemnify Powerlaptop UK Limited and surrender their rights to a claim against any and all such costs. When Powerlaptop UK Limited receives the products, Powerlaptop UK Limited reserves the ability to compensate the buyer for the additional expenses involved with the return of the product. Customers returning products directly to Powerlaptop UK Limited must do so within 14 days of the order for cancellation. No extra remedial or administrative costs may be applied in compliance with the guidelines on distance sale. Powerlaptop UK Limited Customer Service Centre can be called for a correct estimate of returning goods as prices may differ based on the Product specification.

Refunds to the Buyer shall be solely at the option of Powerlaptop UK Limited. In the case that Powerlaptop UK Limited offers a refund to the Buyer, at its own discretion, all expenses incurred by Powerlaptop UK Limited in securing the refund shall be paid by the Buyer.
- distance contract means a contract concluded between a seller and a consumer under an organised distance sales or service-provision scheme without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the time at which the contract is concluded;
- sales contract means a contract under which a seller transfers or agrees to transfer the ownership of goods to a consumer and the consumer pays or agrees to pay the price, including any contract that has both goods and services as its object.
Payment & Security
You can pay with any Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover or Diners Club card, or via PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your payment card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. It may be necessary to re-confirm your security number for data protection reasons. Payment will be taken for out of stock product(s) to secure stock, only if you are happy to proceed with the order and agree to wait for the product(s). Payments for products will be itemised on your bank statements as showing payment to Powerlaptop UKl Limited.
The purchase on our website will be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which holders of international credit cards will be liable to pay.

Powerlaptop UK Limited shall not be responsible for any defects in any Customer's Order and any losses (or losses) that might occur therefrom. Powerlaptop UK Limited shall not be responsible for any defect in products resulting from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, incompetence, irregular working conditions, inability to comply with Powerlaptop UK Limited orders (whether oral or written) or abuse or modification or restoration of goods without the permission of Powerlaptop UK Limited.
Our liability to you will be to provide Products to the value of the account balance. Cash balances will not be returned except in cases where you have received defective Products.
We exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms (whether express or implied) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions by you, or your use of this Website, or the use by any other person using your registration details.
