Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Returns
For returns and/or refunds to be made effective, you must notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. Once you've informed us that you wish to return your item, you have 14 days to return it. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return process
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and delivery box. For delivery address please contact us via the Contact Form on our website or email us at returns@powerlaptop.co.uk. You can also start a return from your Customer Account if you registered for one.
Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has elapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
You will be liable for any cost of returning the item(s) to us (except where the product is defective, the product is not as described, or the product was damaged on delivery). Only the original purchase price of the product/item will be refunded, any outbound delivery charges will not be refunded. In the eventuality of a refund, we will process such a refund to the original payment method used in making the purchase. Kindly give 21 days for the payment to reflect in your bank account.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged (except where the product was already damaged on delivery)
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Products damaged on arrival
If on the delivery of the product, you discover that there is a damage/fault, you shall contact us immediately notifying us of such damage or fault. It is your responsibility to provide us with evidence to show the damage/fault was not due to your mistake and such damage/fault happened either prior to or on delivery. You have two (2) days to report any incident of damage/fault by briefly explaining the damage as well as including any photos. All evidence should be sent to returns@powerlaptop.co.uk.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
Shipping items back to us
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
We will communicate to buyers our address where to send the products back where a return is accepted by us. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
