Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Powerlaptop UK Limited.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Powerlaptop UK Limited (the "Physical Goods").

 

What does this limited warranty cover?

 

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Powerlaptop UK Limited will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

What will we do to correct problems?

 

Powerlaptop UK Limited will either repair the Product at no charge, using new replacement parts, or replace the Product with a new one. Powerlaptop UK Limited will always send the Product to the respective manufacturer for repairs. Powerlaptop UK Limited will not repair the Product in-house or use third-party repairers. The Customer will receive proof of repair issued by the manufacturer authorized repairer upon return of the Product.

 

How long does the coverage last?

 

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Powerlaptop UK Limited varies for each individual Product and is stated on the Product page on this website.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

 

This Limited Warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. Powerlaptop UK Limited shall not be obligated under these warranties:

  1. to repair damage resulting from attempts by unauthorized personnel to install, repair or service the product unless directed by a Powerlaptop UK Limited representative,
  2. to repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment or memory,
  3. to repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance caused using non-genuine supplies or consumables or the use of supplies not specified for use with this product,
  4. to repair an item that has been modified or integrated with other products when the effect of such modification or integration increases the time or difficulty of servicing the product or degrades performance or reliability,
  5. to perform user maintenance or cleaning or to repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance resulting from failure to perform user maintenance and cleaning as prescribed in published product materials,
  6. to repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance resulting from use of the product in an environment not meeting the operating specifications set forth in the user manual,
  7. to repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance resulting from failure to properly prepare and transport the product as prescribed in published product materials
  8. to install replacement items that are considered customer replaceable,
  9. to support software not supplied by manufacturer,
  10. to provide software or firmware updates or upgrades.

Any service identified in the above list and provided by Powerlaptop UK Limited at the Customer’s request shall be invoiced to Customer at Powerlaptop UK Limited’ then current rates for parts, labor and travel.

 

THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN BY POWERLAPTOP UK LIMITED WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD AND THEIR RELATED ITEMS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. POWERLAPTOP UK LIMITED DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY SIMILAR STANDARD IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. POWERLAPTOP UK LIMITED’ RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR, REPLACE, OR OFFER A REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND RELATED ITEMS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER FOR BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES.

 

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL POWERLAPTOP UK LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS) WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER POWERLAPTOP UK LIMITED HAS ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You can do so by submitting a Warranty Claim Form from your Customer Account on our website or by filling in the Contact Form here if you don’t have a Customer Account.

 

 

*This Limited Warranty is offered by Powerlaptop UK Limited for every product purchased from our store in addition to the manufacturer warranty the products are covered by.
