Shipment processing time
Shipping times are estimates only, and exact dates will be provided after purchase or by an enquiry. Delays can happen and so we cannot confirm any shipping date for certain but will do our best to keep buyers informed. Items are all shipped through our correspondence address, and we check all products before dispatching them to the buyer. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Powerlaptop UK Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If on the delivery of the product, you discover that there is a damage/fault, you shall contact us immediately notifying us of such damage or fault. It is your responsibility to provide us with evidence to show the damage/fault was not due to your mistake and such damage/fault happened either prior to or on delivery. You have two (2) days to report any incident of damage/fault by briefly explaining the damage as well as including any photos. All evidence should be sent to the email provided on the website (contact@powerlaptop.co.uk).
If possible, we advise that customers inspect the product with the courier present and if the customer observes the product has been damaged, the customer has the right to refuse delivery.
